your 4 week journey
WEEK 1 & 2
The first week is a big change for the body and perhaps to your regular training schedule. With that in mind, we try to ease you in gently with an even proportion of training in the air as well as one the ground, developing your acrobatic, dance and aerial skills. This intensive training period is designed to progress your skills quickly and get the body used to working hard. Fridays are always open training and are half a day so if you need to work, Fridays give you more flexibility to do that over the weekend.
WEEK 3
Week 3 is about focusing your aerial skills on one particular discipline whilst learning about the body and injury prevention. Designed to keep aerialists safe as they continue training outside of this course, our onsite therapist will focus on anatomy & physiology knowledge, which is then applied to your training.
WEEK 4
This final week is jam-packed with skills training and intensive working on further body development. This week will see you engaging in a training plan specific to your needs, to push your current skill but also equip you for continued training when you complete the intensive. You should leave the course with the ability and a plan to continue skilling up.
You will feel ready to join our 3 month Pro Track, or check out our BTEC and BA Circus degrees coming in 2026.
