WHAT IS IT & WHO IS IT FOR?

What is it?
20 sessions in Edgbaston where the Culture Crew will be guided in programming decisions, budgeting, event management and marketing. Along with 10 practical lighting/sound tech and design sessions on site at WMCC. The sessions follow WMCC’s progression route, offering participants career pathways and potential freelance work. Participants are welcome to drop in and out of sessions, recognising their unique caregiving or personal commitments.

We will be holding some taster sessions throughout December for you to come and have a go or have a look before the project starts in January 2026.
You are welcome to come to one or all of the taster sessions just let us know by filling the form in below!

Who is it for?
Adults 18+ who live in Edgbaston with physical disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, sensory impairments, and caregivers (including parent carers).
Access needs will be considered on an individual basis and catered for- such as translation, BSL and care needs.

WORKSHOPS / PERFORMANCE

Workshops in programming, budgeting, event management and marketing. Also, lighting/tech and design sessions.

Experience of photographing the Northfield participants in their workshops.

​Work towards a final sharing for friends and family in February.
