Aerial Rig & Equipment Hire

Our aerial rig is made of quad truss built by Total Fabrications, one of the main aerial truss suppliers in the UK.

 

The rig can be constructed at different heights and different widths depending on your needs. The truss sits on base plates to protect the ground and when erected outside there are 4 steel guide wires, ratchet straps and stakes to secure the truss rig to the ground. Indoors the rig can be ballasted. 

 

This structure requires 4 people to construct and dismantle as well as 2 Super lifts (which we will organise for you). You can hire the rig alone, with rig hands (who will construct and deconstruct but will not hang aerial kit) and we can even provide transportation. 

 

Hire charge: Starting from £300 p/day or from £1800 p/w (depending on size of rig required. Additional charges exist for rigging hands, superlifts and transportation as required)

 

Deposit: £800

Our trusty truss can also be erected as a goalpost structure should the full rig be too big for you. 

 

The goalpost is stabilised with upstage and downstage outriggers as well as guidewires and rachet straps. The structure can be erected at a variety of different heights and widths and is completely self-standing. 

 

It requires 3 people to construct and dismantle as well as 1 Super lift (which we will organise for you). You can hire the rig alone, with rig hands (who will construct and deconstruct but will not hang aerial kit) and we can even provide transportation.

Hire charge: Starting from £200 p/day or from £1200 p/w (depending on size of rig required. Additional charges exist for rigging hands, superlifts and transportation as required)

Our swing frame rig is perfect for hoop routines in very low spaces or for working with children. It is easily transportable, light and easy to build and takes a maxiumum safe load of 125kg. 

 

The structure takes up a total floor space of 3m (width) x 2.5m (depth) x 2.5m (height). The length of the hanging bar is 2.5m and is the longest bar. The frame dismantles into 5 manageable lengths and can fit into an estate car. It is very light and can be constructed by one person although this is in a lying down position and requires and extra pair of hands to stand up. Ideally it will be constructed with 2 people and takes about 15 minutes to construct. 

 

The structure is safe for hard floors or grass, although rubber is recommended to prevent sliding on shiny floors.
