ACROBATICS

Tricking, tumbling, flexibility, balance, gymnastics and core strength are all key acrobatic elements used in stunt work
free running

Not strictly 'required' for stunt work but a very valuable transferrable skill. Vaulting, climbing, jumping and landing techniques directly translate to stunt scenarios.
bungee

Bungee is a great aerial skill used for simulating flying, falling and other gravity defying movements, often seen in action. Bungee will also introduce you to other aerial stunt skills
FIGHTING &
MARTIAL ARTS

For stunt work, the most beneficial martial arts include boxing for powerful punches, Judo for throws and safe falls, Kali/Eskrima for fluid movements and weapon handling, Taekwondo for high kicks and aerial manoeuvres, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for ground fighting and submission techniques.
THEATRICS

Acting training can help stunt performers become more employable. Reactions, facial expressions, body and hand gestures, and physicality are all essential components of stunt choreography.
BODY CONDITIONING

Body conditioning helps with stunt work by improving your cardiovascular fitness, core strength, flexibility, endurance, building muscle memory and being physical fit and ready for any role.
