MONTH 1
In the first month we focus on an even proportion of training in the air as well as one the ground, developing your acrobatic, dance and aerial skills. This intensive training period is designed to kickstart your training, progressin your skills quickly across disciplines. We tailor the aerial elements dependent on the strengths of the participants on the course and adjust the course content to suit those needs.
MONTH 2
Month 2 is about focusing your aerial skills on one particular discipline whilst continuing your ground based dance and acrobatic training. There is also a shift into ensemble working and creation in this month, working together on a professional level piece of performance for sharing at the end of the course.
