Family circus

​A workout for adults and a wonderful aerial experience for parents, guardians, carers and children. Great for building children's confidence, contributing to cognitive development and a lovely way to meet like-minded parents.

SEND friendly and teachers have good experiences with a variety of disabilities so everyone is very  very welcome here.

The session is designed to give adults a workout and everyone including the youngest babies an aerial experience.

All welcome, no experience needed, families welcome, BOOKING ESSENTIAL.

There is no age limit to this class we just ask that you all stay, play and train together as a family.

£5 for any extra family members

Classes run every Saturday 9:30 - 10:30am
