Home Ed classes are aimed at those aged 6-11 years who are keen to develop their skills, strength, flexibility and confidence in an aerial discipline, meet new friends and work hard.
The class is for beginners or those with some experience (and would call themselves an improver). The class begins with a warm-up followed by learning a variety of tricks on a chosen piece of equipment, with a focus on precision and skills progression. This session helps build the foundation and building blocks to progress to the next level of training, instilling a good strong foundation in a safe and structured fashion.
Parents are politely requested to leave the room during the class as it can affect some children's ability to focus.
Classes are weekly and can be booked as a block of sessions or individually.
