Acro dance is a style that combines elements of acrobatics and floor gymnastics with dance. This form of dance is very athletic and has unique choreography to incorporate gymnastic-like elements into dance.
Classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, concentration, muscle control, and discipline in both solo and group work. Classes are open to all levels, introducing newbies to acro dance as well as pushing those who are more experienced.
Acro Dance is preceded by a 1 hour Aerial Hoop class for just an additional £8 if you fancy a bit of aerial before-hand.
