Handstands are typically something we think of being able to do as children in Primary School, not an acrobatic skill that can be developed and strengthened over weeks and months. Join us for our evening classes where we'll focus on building strength, skill and flexibility, as well as transitioning and developing routines as you progress.


Classes are open to all levels, introducing newbies to handstands as well as pushing those with a higher skill level.
